This SO takes me back to…
1989.
I was just out of college and had a couple of months to burn before I started my first football coaching job. I saw BATMAN ’89 on its opening night and it changed my life….and it’s why you’re reading this right now.
As a lifelong Batman fan, I long wanted Batman to get the big-budget, big-screen movie ala SUPERMAN: THE MOVIE treatment…and done in the “dark and serious” way that Batman was always meant to be.
B89 gave us that…and I’m very happy to be able to see the first “dark and serious” Batman on the big screen one more time.
