Colin Farrell Says He Had No Ownership Over The Penguin

Colin Farrell loved playing Oz, also known as “The Penguin”, in THE BATMAN, and he certainly had a blast playing the character in the upcoming MAX series, THE PENGUIN.

But, he says he had no ownership over the character — and he doesn’t mean that in a bad way.  Check out what he had to say via ETONLINE.COM

I have never had such less ownership for a character that I’ve played than this one.  Like, straight-up, ’cause this show wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for Mike Marino creating the visage of that fella.

As I said, he doesn’t mean this as a knock on playing Oz; he’s just giving props to Mike Marino (the makeup artist behind creating The Penguin) and to everyone else in the crew that helped make The Penguin come to life.
