Per DEADLINE, Cristin Milioti has been cast as Sofia Falcone in THE BATMAN‘s HBO Max spinoff, THE PENGUIN.  Milioti will be the female lead opposite star, Colin Farrell.  According to the trade, Milioti’s Sofia Falcone — daughter of Carmine Falcone, played by John Turturro in the film — will be fighting with The Penguin (Farrell) for control of Gotham City.

THE PENGUIN, of course, is set in THE BATMAN UNIVERSE which was created by writer/director Matt Reeves and will be set just a few weeks after the events of THE BATMAN.
