Via COLLIDER.COM, Matt Reeves has revealed that THE BATMAN: PART II takes place about 1 week after THE PENGUIN…

[THE PENGUIN] story plays out over the next weeks [after THE BATMAN] that take you toward the end of the year. We don’t play Christmas or New Years, but we’re getting there.

So it was early November at the end of THE BATMAN and with a couple of weeks to account for the events in THE PENGUIN, THE BATMAN: PART II will likely pick up in early December.  It’ll be wintertime, so you KNOW what that means, right?
