According to THE WRAP, Matt Reeves will submit the first full draft of the script for THE BATMAN: PART II before Memorial Day (which falls on Monday, May 26 this year).  So, that means Warner Bros./DC Studios should have it in their hands sometime next week.

The trade’s Umberto Gonzalez also reports that Mr. Reeves “has been sending pages for more than half a year,” per his source with knowledge of the project.

And that is that.

Earlier, PRODUCTION WEEKLY updated its listing for TB2, reporting that it will begin filming in the UK in March 2026.  I suspect we’ll start getting announcements about TB2 relatively soon — probably during the last quarter of this year.  I’m sure that everything DC at Warner Bro. and DC Comics focuses on SUPERMAN, which will be hitting theaters in just 2 months.  No need for a big official announcement about a Batman film to take away some (most) of the spotlight from SUPERMAN.
